SUZANNE SIEGEL

Suzanne lives in Guilford, Connecticut, and spends a great deal of time near the ocean in Maine and Rhode Island. She takes long walks in search of ideas for compositions. Her distilled vision of the landscape includes relationships between figures, architecture, land, sea, and sky, with an emphasis on light and atmosphere. She makes drawings and smaller works on location, and completes larger works in her studio.

Suzanne teaches watercolor classes and holds outdoor summer watercolor workshops in coastal Connecticut. She exhibits throughout the Northeast, in solo and group exhibitions. Suzanne is currently represented by Greene Art Gallery in Guilford, CT, Landing Gallery in Rockland, Maine, Isalos Fine Art in Stonington, Maine, and Charlestown Gallery in Charlestown, RI.
